Patrick has over 18 years of experience as a real estate developer, investor, property manager, and many years as a Broker. He brings a multitude of skills to his clients in the Toronto real estate market. Dan Lajeunesse has been successfully helping buyers and sellers for 14 years. His skills include buying and selling homes and condos, residential and commercial leasing, real estate investing, first time buyers to downsizers, big or small Dan covers them all. His small town background provides an easy going nature and trustworthy character.

Following a successful career championing non-profit organizations, Caroline brings her hard work ethic, passion for design and real estate enthusiasm to help people succeed to the Toronto real estate market. Wallace Taylor is excited to have Vanessa Le join our group! Vanessa has a long track record of over-achievement as a professional musician, then as a founder of her own company, and subsequently in corporate sales. When she is not aggressively fighting for the success of her clients then she surely can be found on a beach or walking her adorable dog Cambie.
BRIAN HIGGS
Brian has graduated from running barefoot and scubadiving in the Bahamas to helping Torontonians sell and purchase the best property. Brian’s strength is advising people not to purchase certain properties as he has a sharp vision when it comes to future values and the long term fit of a neighbourhood. This means he will spend a lot of time making sure your purchase is optimal, and he is equally as proficient on the selling side making sure there is plenty of hysteria surrounding your sale and optimizing value.
DANTE REID
Dante and his 2 siblings never got in trouble as they loved athletics and Dante can be found at the Raptors game if he is not negotiating a condo or showing beautiful homes to aspiring families.
JOSMERY KARAM
Josmery is the Office Manager with over eight years of administrative and project coordination experience. Her background in Office Management and Event Planning, has given her the expertise required to provide an excellent customer service experience with a keen attention to detail. She is responsible for all day-to-day administrative, financial and operational functions, using her organizational skills to ensure smooth processes in the work environment. She is excited to bring these experiences and enthusiasm to the team and to our clients.
