She is responsible for all day-to-day administrative, financial and operational functions, using her organizational skills to ensure smooth processes in the work environment. Brian Higgs is a great addition to the Wallace Taylor Group because he has been listening to real estate conversations since he was a child in the Bahamas.  Brian is real estate royalty as his father has been working in real estate and operating a brokerage for almost two decades.
Brian has graduated from running barefoot and scubadiving in the Bahamas to helping Torontonians sell and purchase the best property.  Brian’s strength is advising people not to purchase certain properties as he has a sharp vision when it comes to future values and the long term fit of a neighbourhood.  This means he will spend a lot of time making sure your purchase is optimal, and he is equally as proficient on the selling side making sure there is plenty of hysteria surrounding your sale and optimizing value.
